Thien-nga Palmer a.k.a. “T” is a nationally known vocalist/violinist extraordinaire as well as booking agent and artist manager. She has hosted, booked and coordinated events for some of the biggest venues & names around including CTAM, Grace Ormonde Wedding Styles, Rio Casino, Hard Rocks, House of Blues and much more. With unique innovative concepts and ideas T felt she could bring something new to the Entertainment World and decided to found T Music Entertainment Group which consists of some of the hottest talents around.

Krista Pakseresht

Krista Pakseresht

Director of Entertainment

Krista Pakseresht joined TMEG in the summer of 2013, and has held many titles over the last few years, growing tremendously along with the company. From conception to completion, she has been a part of countless successful events with the TMEG team. Currently she is the Director of Entertainment for the company, and the main liaison between the artists and her team. Apart from the work she has done in the industries, Krista is a self-published author with eleven books under her belt, as well as an aspiring singer and actress. She really lives and breathes the creative lifestyle.

Rebecca Valdivieso

Event & Program Manager

Born in Los Angeles, Rebecca was destined to be in the entertainment industry! Growing up in the fabulous Las Vegas, she discovered her passion for events & hospitality. Rebecca attended Oregon State University and then moved back home to Las Vegas to continue her education at the University of Nevada: Las Vegas, where she studied Hospitality Management with a focus in Meetings & Events. Rebecca has worked on the annual televised production, Fighters Only World MMA Awards. Rebecca loves to bring people together in the name of music, entertainment, & all the joys of EVENTureS that may come! Travel + wine + positivity is what truly fuels this sassy soul!

Catherine (aka Cat) has over 10 years experience working in business development and operations. She has worked with many start up companies, helping them build from the ground up as well has worked with established companies on rebranding and streamlining operations. In her role, Cat loves working with new markets to expand business relations and assist in growing TMEG Productions.

Ashley Jean

Ashley Jean

Office Coordinator

With a background in hospitality and restaurant operations, Ashley transitioned to the world of events in 2014.  With tenures at The Mirage and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, she worked closely with the marketing departments to execute large scale casino tournaments, New Year’s Celebrations, headliner acts, golf tournaments, and other special events.  Her creativity and passion for events has made her an essential member of the TMEG team and creative services.

Trey Ordaz

Trey Ordaz

Sound Production Manager

Trey is known for being a staple in sound production and entertainment for both Las Vegas & NYC. As a Berklee College of Music grad in production & engineering he has produced multiple bands and artists styling in all genres. In NYC Trey was the sound director and coordinator for the Riverside Summer Concert Series, multiple TV Shows, Commercials as well as working with major companies such as BMW & Mercedes. Alongside with producing shows Trey also did A&R for major record label Universal. Since relocating to Vegas he has run sound for many of the big Casinos & events including the Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, The Venetian, MGM, Cosmopolitan & The Wynn. Trey will be running the Sound Production for all TMEG events.
