Ryan grew up listening to his Dad host a morning drive radio show, and he wanted to follow in his footsteps when he was younger. So, at eighteen, he started DJ’ing backyard BBQs and church events to help put him through college. With a little practice and a lot of luck, he eventually worked his way up to be one of the resident DJ’s at the 2nd largest casino in the U.S. Not long after a talent manager suggested he give hosting a try--come to find out, getting bear hugs from elderly women on-stage as they win $25,000 in cash, wasn’t such a bad gig. Since then, he’s had the great opportunity to emcee exciting events for brands like: Macy’s, General Mills, Brookstone, Lowe’s, Mohegan Sun, Head & Shoulders, The VFW, and The Guinness World Records (to name just a few). Besides giving away nearly $1 million, on-stage over the past couple of years, he’s had the pleasure of emceeing events for MLB & NFL superstars, Emmy-award-winning cast reunions, beauty pageants, celebrity chef battles, and theatrical productions in the 3rd top-ranked arena in the world!
When he’s not on-stage or in front of the camera, he’s behind the scenes, creating TV pilots. Right now, he has five in development, being pitched through various production companies. On the production side, he also builds and hosts custom-branded game shows for all types of events and companies.
